Ray was right sized into unemployment in scenic Dorset, Vermont, favored stop for autumn foliage tours. Having led bus tours himself when younger, he now wanted only to settle down. He and new wife Frances couldn’t decide where.
Walking one fall day as tourists transferred from bus to hotel, he spied his unpredictable, favorite aunt Rose among them. He got her together with Frances. They hit it off. Afterwards, charmed Frances declared: “OK. Let’s move to your hometown.”
